I made my first million in real estate in 2006.
In 18 months I lost it all.
How?
First, I was caught with my pants around my ankles, completely blindsided to the crash. (Like so many others.)
Second, I built my company entirely WRONG - focused on the wrong kinds of investments, with the wrong people, without systems that would have helped me survive the crash.
There were things that if I knew just 6-months before, I could have avoided the nightmare.
Now, my investing business is built on solid ground with a plan on how to survive and thrive through any market changes that may come...
